The TP2 red copper has good thermal conductivity, catalyst for esterification reaction good corrosion resistance to the acidity of raw wine. It can make butyric acid, acetic acid, lauric acid and so on form insoluble copper salt and precipitate. It can remove the nasty tasting sulfides from the alcohol vapor. First, you might break your fist but there won't be a dent.
