At the dawn of 2026, the "turnkey project" production line, custom-designed by Zhengjiu Machinery for Lishui Yunchun Winery, was successfully installed and commissioned. This winery, renowned for its signature products including Snow Pear Beer, Snow Pear Brandy, and Malt Whisky, has officially entered the brewing phase.
To meet Yunchun Winery's demands for multi-variety, small-batch, and high-standard production, Zhengjiu Machinery designed an integrated solution. From the cleaning and crushing of snow pears, the saccharification and filtration of malt, to the copper pot distillation of whisky and the pomace fermentation of brandy, and finally the low-temperature bottling of beer, each stage employs food-grade stainless steel with corrosion-resistant processes. The distillation equipment is entirely crafted from TP2 purple copper, ensuring the purity of the flavors.
