In a large-scale distillery in Liaoning Province, a brand-new distillation unit emits a soft glow. This 10-ton + 7-ton whisky distillation equipment, meticulously crafted by Zhengjiu Machinery, has successfully produced its first batch of new spirits. Zhengjiu designed a rational production line layout for the distillery, oversaw every stage of installation, and maintained close communication with the distillers during the brewing of the inaugural batch—providing on-site guidance and adjustments at every step to ensure technical support and personnel assistance throughout the entire process.
Following this successful initial production, the equipment will enter formal operation in 2026 and is expected to provide tens of thousands of liters of high-quality whisky raw spirit annually for the distillery. These spirits will age quietly in oak barrels, awaiting the enrichment that time will bestow upon them.
